Good thing all yall judging where there and know all the details right? smh everyone in this town just wants to run their mouths. Should have done this, should have done that. Yet yall aren't volunteering to line up for the job. Somebody's second cousins third best friends mother said this so it must be true 🤦🏻‍♂️. Until the details come out or you are faced to make a split second decision involving a life or death matter please stfu

I wasn’t there, and all you Snyder sheeple can hate me for this but seems odd to me lethal action was the first option, don’t they all have tasers effective up to 21’? Was he brandishing a weapon? Was he suspected of committing a violent offense at the location? Here she will probably be hailed a hero, as a good man’s family grieves over the loss of someone taken too soon... just my honest opinion, but why wasn’t she yelling I’m going to TAZE YOU if you don’t get down? If she was so terrified of a man with no visible weapons then she probably should find a different career, But this will get swept under the rug per the usual for Snyder!

Do what the cop says and they wouldn’t shoot. We don’t know the whole story but everyone is quick to judge and talk about it like they know it all. That’s what’s wrong with this town. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ #teammerket

Many prayers for all involved. We have some amazing cops that get up every day to protect this community. Snyder may not be the most entertaining town to live in but it is NOT a bad little town by any means. Praying for families and friends of Shane and Office Merket. I knew Shane as a kid, he is my age, and he was a good guy. But if you were not standing at the scene Thursday night you need to make sure you are spreading prayer for these ppl and not gossip of what so and so’s great nieces sister told you or a buddy of his from 20 years ago that hasn’t seen him since then. Snyder is a good place to be. It’s crappy ppl that make it seem crappy.

The show has begun!! Live from the Scurry County Stock Show, it is the poultry competition! The poultry competition is new event to the Scurry County Livestock teams. Great job students!

These are the lyrics to The Buckin' Song. We have had a couple of complaints that we should not be playing this song because of the profanity in it. There is NO profanity in this song!

We do not play music that has profanity in it!

Thanks for listening!

Well, I had me a horse, named Bad Luck
She wasn't good lookin', but she sure could buck
Yeah hoo, hey, hey
Yippee-yi-ki-yay

I put my momma on her, she threw her in the air
My dad said, "Son, that's a mother-buckin' mare"
Yeah hoo, hey, hey
Yippee-yi-ki-yay

I took her to the rodeo, she won second place
Really buckin' good in the buckin' barrel race
Yeah hoo, hey, hey
Yippee-yi-ki-yay - let's rock

Well, I won a thousand dollars and put it in my hat
Bought a brand new saddle, she bucked me outta that
Yeah hoo, hey, hey
Yippee-yi-ki-yay

She bucked me on the pick-up truck, bucked me on the fence
My dad said, "Son, ya got no buckin' sense"
Yeah hoo, hey, hey
Yippee-yi-ki-yay - hep
Play it boys

So if ya got a bucker, don't ever buck around
That buckin' mother-bucker will buck ya on the ground
Yeah hoo, hey, hey
Yippee-yi-ki-yay
Yippee-yi-ki-yay
